Information you provide to us. This may include: (i) any Wallet, smart-contract, or protocol address information; and (ii) geolocation data. You provide this data when you connect your Wallet to the Website. We may also collect transaction history such as public blockchain data linked to a connected Wallet, and the contents of any communications you send to us, including your email address.

When you visit certain pages, our servers log: (i) date and time of access; (ii) country of access; (iii) API endpoints accessed; (iv) user agent details; (v) operating system/browser details; and (vi) the transmission protocol used. Trade tracking information. We automatically track all successful trades submitted through our platform for analytics and compliance purposes. Trade data is retained indefinitely for regulatory compliance. You may request access to or export of your trade history by contacting us.
Certain features may require connecting a compatible third-party Wallet. Your use of such Wallets is governed by the applicable third-party terms. Tangerine does not operate, maintain, or support third-party Wallets and disclaims all liability arising from their use.
We generally process information when necessary to perform our contract with you, such as enabling access to the Website, facilitating Wallet connections, or identifying Restricted Persons as defined in our Terms. We may also process data for system security, stability, troubleshooting, analytics, research, and optimization.
